I hope with this painting I am transporting you to a place you'd like to visit. A fantastical oasis. A beautiful beach babe "Emerald" with chocolate skin, green eyes, and short curly hair wearing a gold thong bikini bottom is leisurely relaxing at the beach, in front of a calm emerald green sea. She has a thoughtful and optimistic gaze and a cool nose ring.
I created this piece using acrylic and acrylic enamel paint on an un-stretched canvas. It is signed in oil paint pen. The un-stretched canvas has a few interesting minor creases which add character to the piece's disposition. The canvas can be easily shipped, transported and stored thanks to pliability of un-stretched canvas. This piece was just completed on 5/28 and after some curing, will be sealed with a polyacrylic before shipping to it's new home.
